YOUR ROLE
As a Cook, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and serving varied and balanced meals, while ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and the proper functioning of kitchen facilities.
Specifically, your main responsibilities include:

Plan meals, assess required quantities, and manage food supplies.

Prepare dishes in accordance with recipes and quality standards, while minimizing food waste.

Ensure meal service, including presentation and maintaining safe food temperatures.

Coordinate and supervise the work of kitchen staff (kitchen assistants, dishwashers).
-
Keep the kitchen, equipment, and work areas compliant with applicable hygiene and food safety standards (MAPAQ or equivalent).
